ShopToClassy offers premium quality designer-inspired products including watches, shades, and clothing. Customers acknowledge that products are replicas or inspired by popular designs and not original branded items. All products are checked and packed carefully before dispatch. Orders once confirmed cannot be canceled after dispatch. Customers must be over 18 years of age or have guardian consent.
We strive for accurate images and descriptions, but slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur due to lighting or device screens. Customers are responsible for confirming sizes and measurements before placing clothing orders. Size exchanges may not be possible if the required size is unavailable.
To ensure smooth processing in case of damage or defects: Customers must record a full unboxing video without pauses, cuts, or edits. Video must start before opening the parcel and continue until the product is fully checked. Any defects or damages must be clearly visible in the video. Exchange requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
All prices are listed in INR and includes applicable charges unless stated otherwise. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require a partial advance payment of INR. 200–INR. 300 at the time of order confirmation to secure the product. Remaining payment is collected upon delivery. Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to dealer dispatch schedules, courier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. ShopToClassy and its sub-brands are not liable for delays beyond our control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
