EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

This policy applies to all purchases made from ShopToClassy and its sub-brands Wristclass, Shades Monk, and Elitethreadz. We aim for customer satisfaction but please note our policies carefully before ordering.


UNBOXING VIDEO REQUIRED: 

A complete unboxing video is required for all exchanges. The video must be continuous — from opening the parcel until fully inspecting the product. Any defects or damage must be clearly visible. No exchange will be processed without a proper unboxing video.


PRODUCT-WISE EXCHANGE POLICY:

Clothing: Confirm the correct size before ordering. Size exchanges may not be possible if the product or size is sold out. For certain products, size exchange is not available —confirm before purchasing.

Shades: Exchange applies only for defective or damaged items, supported by unboxing video.

Watches & Accessories: Exchange is only for items damaged or not functioning properly, verified via unboxing video.


NO REFUND POLICY:

ShopToClassy does not offer refunds for any products. Exchanges are only processed for valid cases of damage or defect with unboxing video.


COURIER CHARGES:

For approved exchanges due to defects, two-way courier charges (return + replacement) are covered by ShopToClassy. For exchanges due to size issues (where allowed), Two-way courier charges may apply.


TIMEFRAME FOR EXCHANGE:

Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with unboxing video. Requests after this period may not be accepted.


FINAL DECISION:

ShopToClassy reserves the right to review the unboxing video and product condition before approving any exchange. The decision of ShopToClassy regarding exchanges is final and binding.


NOTE: ShopToClassy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions and Exchange Policy without prior notice. By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms stated above.
